Macduff Authentic Collection 1978 16 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Smells proper sweet, like honey and dried fruit. Taste is smooth, then a bit of spice warms the chest. Finish lingers nicely, feels cosy. Definitly a good one for relaxing. 👍

Ooh, this wisky's got a proper smoky kick 🌫️, with some sweet honee 🍯 and vanillaa notes. Real smooth on the tounge, and a bit of appple 🍎 too. Love it! 😊

Just had a dram of this lovely whisky. Colour is like old gold, kinda deep. 👀 On the nose, there's a whiff of smoke, but not too strong. More like a distant bonfire on a chilly night. Also getting some honey and a bit of spicy orange peel. Taste wise, it's got a nice warming feel. A bit of oak, some sweetness like stewed fruits, and a slight peppery kick at the end. It's smooth, not harsh at all. The finish is medium-long, leaving a gentle smoky warmth. Really comforting stuff. 🥃 A real nice sippin' whisky for a quiet evening.
