Alright, just poured myself a glass. 🥃 Smells like dried fruit and old wood 🪵. Bit of smoke too, not overpowering though. On the tongue it's smooth, warms the chest straight away 🔥. Got that sweet caramel vibe definetly. Finish is dryish, makes you wanna sit by the fire. Proper lovely stuff for a Tuesday night. Cheers mate 🍻
Nose: a hint of apple 🍎 and vanilla custard, kinda like... warm apple pie? Palate: Ooh, that’s smooth! Caramel and a bit of cinnamon spice, maybe? Finish: Quite warming, with a lingering touch of oak and... is that a bit of citrus peel? 🍊
