Caol Ila 2000 10 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, just had a nip of this whisky 🥃. Nose is smoky, like walking past a peat fire 🔥. Sweetness too, honey 🍯 and vanilla maybe. Taste is warm, abit spicy on the tongue. Some fruit notes hiding in there 🍎. Finish is long and cosy. Perfect for a rainy eveing. Definately worth a try if you like it rich. Cheers! 🍻

Got some apple and maybe a bit of orange peel. A gentle spice comes through after a mo, like cinnamon or nutmeg. Finish is medium-long, with a nice warmt spreading through your chest. A little smoky, but more like a log fire than a campfire. 🔥 Quite pleasant, really. Easy to sip.
