Hada dram that smelled like pine‑scented shampoo and a hint of white wine, then opened up with smoky kippers and a lot of brine – really leaning towards that Orkney, Talisker‑ish vibe. The palate was fresh, with lemon zest and lime, a touch of rounder butterscotch and waxy texture, finishing salty and easy‑drinking. Sensibly priced for the character it shows. 🌊🥃

Justhad a dram that smelled like pine‑scented shampoo and a hint of sunflower oil, with a whiff of heather and a touch of lime. It’s pretty BB&R, a bit sooty but also fresh, with a smoky note that reminded me of burning wood ashes and a salty breeze – overall coastalness, almost approaching Taliskerness. The finish was rather long, a little waxy, like hand cream, and left me thinking of rollmops and kippers on the side. Definitely not vulgar, easy to sip, and felt a bit like a margarita feeling without the tequila. All in all, sensibly priced and extremely good.

第一口像是刚从海边晒过太阳的柠檬片，带点烟熏的余烬味儿，还有那股子松木洗发水的清新劲儿🌊 接着就来了点油亮亮的向日葵籽油味儿，像刚拌好的沙拉酱，清爽又有嚼劲儿 再往后是烤生蚝的咸鲜，还有点熏鲱鱼的腥香，简直能想象自己在奥克尼小岛上晒太阳呢 最后尾韵里藏了点蜡味儿和香草，像刚切开的柠檬皮，还有那种刚烤完的烤架余温 整体就是那种"这他妈太对劲了"的感觉，喝完就想再来一杯

Just had a pour, really easy to start with. Get this big hit of salt air and a lemony zest right away – very coastal, almost like a sea breeze in a glass. It’s characterful, not simple. Then it shifts. There’s a lovely vanilla and round butterscotch note that comes through, making it feel smooth. A bit of that idiosyncratic plasticine and heather, you know? Really makes it interesting. The smoke is there but it’s fresh, like distant barbecue or burning wood ashes, not heavy at all. The finish is rather long, lingering with a hint of that brine and a weird but cool feeling of a margarita salt rim. For a single malt, it’s totally not vulgar and sensibly priced. A really consensual, enjoyable dram. 👍

唔，今晚开的这瓶真是充满惊喜。刚倒进杯子里就能闻到明显的海岸气息，不是那种单调的咸，更像站在礁石边，空气里混着海风、晒干的海藻，甚至有点…冷鲜生蚝的金属感？🦪 啜一口，口感意外地圆润，带着点像融化的黄油硬糖的甜，但马上就被奔涌而来的盐水和矿物感覆盖。很有趣，有点像在吃一块用海盐点缀的奶油蛋糕，底下还铺着一层温暖的篝火灰烬。🔥 中间穿插着一些草本和石楠花的清新，让整体不会太沉重。有个瞬间让我想起小时候玩的橡皮泥，那种独特的味道，没想到在酒里还挺和谐。 尾韵真的很长，喉咙里留下的不仅是烟熏，还有些咸鲜，以及一丝若有若无的…洗发水般的松木香气？奇怪的联想，但挺愉悦的。整体感觉像是在海边野餐，食物丰盛又利落，绝对不廉价。💰 喝到最后，那股海岸的矿物感依然盘旋不去，但又被一丝柠檬的酸和若有若无的草本香给提了起来。有意思，很有自己的脾气。
