Caol Ila The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 2011 9 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, had a wee dram earlier 🥃 Nose is quite sweet, hint of vanila and maybe pear. Palate warms the chest nicely, bit of spice but not harsh. Finish lingers, dryish but smooth. Proper comforting stuff for a rainy night. 👍 Realy enjoyed the warmth. Lovely flavur overall. Might pour anothr glass.

A real cozy dram, innit? 🥃 A bit o' woodiness, some warm spice... maybe a touch of vanilla or toffee? Sippin' it by the fire is proper lush. 😋 Goes down smoothish, leavin' a nice, bita heat. Just what you need on a chilly evenin'. Might catch a hint of fruit or summat. Can't put me finger on it all, but it's a grand wee sipper. 👍 Right nice stuff.

Oooh, this one's a proper journey. 🥃 First nose is like... comfy blanket by a fire, all toasty oak and a bit of dried fruit. 🍇 Then you get this lovely wave of honey and caramel coming through. So smooth. There's a wee bit of smokiness, just a whisper, like a distant bonfire. Not overpowering at all. Finish is long and warming. Just glides down. Spicy, but in a nice way. 👍 A real "sip by the window on a cold night" dram. Wonderfully complex, but still very friendly. Love it.
