Caol Ila The Un-Chillfiltered Collection 2007 9 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, just poured a wee glass tonight. 🥃 Nose is proper lovely, hint of smoke and vanila. 🍂 Taste? Smooth at first, then a bit of spice kicks in. 🌶️ Finish warms the chest nicely, like a cozy fire. 🔥 Definetly a good one for chillin' after work. 👍 Cheers! 🍻

Right, this whisky is brilliant. Starts with a smoky hit, like a bonfire. 🔥 Then it's got this 'e' for earthy note, and 'p' for pleasant sweetness. 🍯 The finish is 'l' for long and warming, with a bit of spice. 🌶️ Sometimes I get 'f' for fruity hints, like apples. 🍎 It's a proper treat, cheers! 🥃 Oh, and a slight 't' for tannin feel, but overall loovly. 😊

Right then, had a dram. Got a real lovely smokiness 🔥 first up, then a bit of apple 🍏 and vanilla 🍦. Finish is all cinnamon and a bit of oak. Really cracking stuff. Might have a hint of peat in there too, not sure. Easy drinking.
