Ardbeg 1991 20 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right, let’s have a wee sip… Nose is pure cozy—stewed pears, a bit of heather honey, and a faint whiff o’ campfire smoke 🍐🔥. On the palate it’s soft at first, then a lovely malty biscuit note rolls in, wi’ just a tickle o’ baking spice 🍪🌶. Finish is mellow but sticks around, a gentle warmth that makes ya sigh 😌. Crackin’ dram for a dreich evenin.

Oh mate, just tried this whiskey and it's something else! 😊 First hit is all smoky, like a bonfire on Guy Fawkes night. 🔥 Then there's this fruity kick – pears and apples, I reckon. 🍎 Spicy notes come through too, sort of cinnamon-like. And a lovely honey sweetness at the end. Smooth as anything! Brilliant for a quiet evening, that. Might be a bit peaty as well, which I adore. 👍 Note: I might of mispelled a thing or two, but the flavours are spot on!

Oh mate, this whiskey's got a right smoky start, innit? Fruity hints of apple and a bit of pear. Notes of vanilla and caramel come through, with a woody finish. So smoth, almost creamy! 😊 And a touch of honey on the palate. Loevly stuff, proper warming.

Maybe some orange peel? Palate: Ooh, proper oily mouthfeel, that. The smoke isn't bonkers, more like... a distant BBQ on a breeze? Toffee apples jump out, with a little cinnamon kick. Finish: Lingering warmth, sweet ash. Quite moreish, actually. A good un for a chilly evening by the fire. 🔥
