This dram's got a real elegant charm about it – like a summer meadow in a glass 🌼. The nose is all honeysuckle and barley, with a hint of fresh bark that's oddly refreshing. On the palate, it's medium-bodied but flattish, not overpowering. There's a panache-y mix of gooseberries and stewed plums, with a splash of pomegranate juice cutting through. Elderberry syrup and preserved greengages add a touch of syrupy sweetness, while the single European oak butt gives it a subtle coconut warmth 🌰. Oranges and chardonnay juice bring a bright, zesty lift, balanced by the delicate liles of the valley. The finish is tad short but tidy – maybe a tad too drying for some, though the caramel and white nougat keep it smooth. Proper impressive for a dram that's so extremely delicate yet full of character 😊.

There's a whispering hint of acacia honey and white nougat, sweet but not cloying, with a touch of chardonnay juice in the mix. On the palate, it's fresh and vibrant – gooseberries and oranges doing a little jig, while that refill influence from the single European oak butt adds a wood-saucy backbone. A wee tannicity creeps in, like fresh bark and stewed plums hanging around, but it's the fino sherry notes that really give it panache-y character. Medium-bodied, with a grist of barley keeping things grounded. The finish? A tad short, maybe a bit too drying, but still leaves you with a pleasant lilies of the valley afterglow. Proper impressive for a dram that's gone easy on the caramel and coconut. Definitely one for sipping by the fire with a splash of elderberry syrup on the side. 🥃✨

Oh blimey, this one’s got a real smoky kick! Like a bonfire in the rain. 🔥 Then there’s a bit of fruitiness, maybe apples? Quite nice, really. Aye, it warms the throat lovely. 😌 Sometimes a hint of honey sweetness too. Not bad at all!
