Ooh this one's got a real proper warmth to it, innit? Kinda smoky but not like a bonfire, more like... cozy. 🥃 Tastes like autumn leaves and a bit of honey maybe? Smooth going down, not harsh at all. Finish is long and kinda spicy, like cinnamon whispers. Really digging this one for chilly evenings, makes ya feel all fuzzy inside. 🍂

# 🥃 A Proper Dram Right so tried this one last night and honestly... bit of a journey init? First sip - loads of **honey** and **vanilla** hit me straight away 🍯 proper sweet that. Then after a mo' got this lovely **chocolate** and **toffee** thing going on, like melted fudge almost. The middle bit's where it gets interesting - bit of **smoke** creeps in, nothing mental like, just gentle. Picked up some **pear** and maybe **sherry** notes? Very autumnal vibes 🍂 Finish is quite **woody** and **malty**, lingers a fair bit. Touch of **leather** and **spice** at the end which I actually quite liked tbh. Mouthfeel was decently **creamy**, not thin at all. Definitley one for sipping slow on a cold evening like ☕ Overall? Solid. Would have again init. Not the most complex thing ive ever had but proper enjoyable like. The **caramel** and **oak** balance is spot on imo 👌 Cheers! 🥂
