A.D. Rattray 18 Years Single Malt Whisky

A. D. Rattray, founded in 1868 by Andrew Dewar Rattray, stands as one of Scotland's most revered independent whisky bottlers and merchants. For over 150 years, this family-owned enterprise has been instrumental in shaping the whisky industry, beginning as a blender and distributor of fine Scotch whisky in Glasgow during the Victorian era. The brand's iconic horse-drawn carriage emblem became a symbol of quality and craftsmanship throughout late 19th century Glasgow. Today, headquartered on Scotland's west coast under the stewardship of the Morrison family, A. D. Rattray has evolved into a specialist in exceptional single cask and small batch whisky releases. Their portfolio showcases rare and meticulously selected expressions from Scotland's finest distilleries, maintaining the company's founding principles of authenticity, quality, and tradition. The Rattray name remains deeply embedded in whisky history, representing one of the last true independent bottlers with direct lineage to the golden age of Scotch whisky.
