Ah, this one's interesting... it's rather light on the nose, you know? More spritzy than I expected, almost like a white wine or tonic water. 🍋 Getting green apple juice and lemon skins, very fresh. Tastes like a melon gazpacho with crushed chalk, oddly refreshing but a wee bit raw in a good way. There's that green tea note coming through, maybe some bitter leaves and a tiny drop of cologne? It's not exactly shy, quite full of grass and those ethanoly notes make it a bit hipflasky. A tad touristy in style perhaps, but I quite like it. The finish is medium, turning a bit more leaves and green liquorice. Honestly, it feels very close to nature - like walking through Perthshire. Sometimes a bit brutal though, this one could definitely handle a drop of ale or cider apple if you fancy a mixer. 🥃
