Just had a sip, mmm. 🥃 On the nose, getting a lovely hit of honey and a bit of vanilla. Like walking into a warm bakery. On the palate... wow. Rich, like a sticky toffee pudding. There's a nutty, almost malty thing going on too. Properly chewy, that. The finish is long and warming, with a touch of oak and a bit of smoke hanging about. Really lovely stuff. Cheers! 🎉 Goes down a treat, this. Definitely savouring it.
