Glen Ord Authentic Collection 1996 21 Years Single Malt Whisky

Just had a sip of this one. The finish is lovely and smokey, with a bit of vanilla and oak coming through. Really smooth and warming. 🥃 Reminds me of a good evening by the fire. 😊

This whisky's got a right smoky aroma, with hints of cherry and a bit of spice. 🥃 On the palate, it's smooth and warming – lovely drop! 😋 Sometimes I get a whiff of vanilla too. Proper enjoyable! 👍

Just had a dram. Nosing it first... 🍎✨ Apple and a hint of lemon peel, maybe? Then comes this lovely honey sweetness. On the palate, it's smooth. There's a bit of vanilla, a touch of cinnamon, and a gentle smoke in the background, like a distant campfire. Really warming finish. Leaves a nice, slightly woody aftertaste. Quite moreish! 🥃

Right, had a dram last night and here's what I got 👃 First hit was proper smoky, like a bonfire on the beach 🏖️ Then some lovely honey sweetness coming through, bit of vanilla too The palate? Oh mate... Rich caramel, touch of dried fruit, maybe some orange peel? There's a nice spicy kick at the end, ginger or cinnamon maybe 🤔 Very warming, smooth as anything. Got that classic malty backbone with a bit of oak. Felt like autumn in a glass 🍂 Finish was long, slightly leathery, hints of chocolate. Absolute beauty. Could nose this all day tbh 😍
