Tobermory 1998 18 Years Single Malt Whisky

Ah right, had a dram of this last night 🥃 Nose: proper lovely stuff like honey and toffee apples, maybe a bit of vanilla. Got that nice smokiness creeping in too Palate: ohh yes, quite smooth actually. Getting dark chocolate and some dried fruit, bit of spice there. Quite rich init Finish: lingers nicely, warm and oaky with a touch of caramel. Some leather notes coming thru aswell Overll pretty solid, wouldn't say no to another glass 😄 got that classic warming feel ya know

Damn this is lovely. 👌 First sip you get this rich, sweet smoke, like a campfire but with vanilla and toffee notes. A bit of apple and citrus peeking through. The mouthfeel is coating, rich. The finish goes on and on, with some gentle spice and that smokiness lingering. Really moreish. 🥃
