Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right, had a wee dram earlier 🥃. Nose is sweet, hint of hony and dried fruit 🍯. Taste warms the chest, bit spicy but smoth. Finish lingers... makes you feel proper cozy 🔥. Definately one for relaxin on a cold nite. Cheers mates 🍻.

Honestly? Took a sip of that stuff and my first thought was, "Crikey, that's a proper winter warmer!" 🥃 A real mix of flavours going on. Got this lovely honeyed sweetness first, then some fruity thing, maybe apple? Quite smooth going down. 🍯🍎 Then there's a bit of a kick at the back, like a warm, spicy glow. Not harsh, just... present. Makes you think of sitting by a fire. 🔥 The finish lingers nicely. It's not one of those that vanishes straight away. Leaves a sort of nutty, oaky taste in your mouth. Quite complex, but in a good way. You keep finding little bits to it. Yeah, pretty good, that. Would have another, no doubt. 😊

Ooh, got this one last night. Quite a ride, tbh. First off, there's a real sweetness - like honey and maybe some dried fruit. 🍯 Then a bit of a kick comes through, some spice and a touch of smoke? No? 🤔 It's smooth going down though, no harshness. Leaves a warmth in your chest. 😊 Later, I get some nutty notes - like walnuts or peanuty. And a whisper of vanilla maybe? 🌰 Overall, pretty balanced. Not too intense. Good for a slow sip. 👍
