Ooh nice one! Getting a bit of lemon curd on the nose 🍋, some vanilla and a sligthy spicy kick. Taste is quite creamy, with a touch of leather and... is that peat? Definite peat there 🌿. Its a bit fiery on the swallow but leaves a lovely warm, lingering sweetness. Quite a complex one, really enjoy it! 🥃
First sip, got this sweet vanila note, like proper biscuits. 😊 Then honey comes thru, so smooth. Finishes with a gentle warmth, bit of oak. Perfect for a chill evening, innit? 👍
