Right, had a wee dram tonight. 🥃 Nose is warm, like honey and toasted oak. Reminds me of autumn leaves 🍂. Palate is smooth... bit of spice but not too much. Sweetish, like dried figs. The favur stays with you, proper cosy. Makes you feel relaxed after a long day. Might pour anther glass. 🔥

Honestly, this one's got a proper lovely nose on it 👃 Warm vanilla and honey hit first, then there's this gentle smokiness that creeps in. Quite inviting really. On the palate, oh yes... rich and smooth, getting some dried fruit notes, maybe a touch of dark chocolate? There's a bit of spice there too - cinnamon perhaps, or nutmeg. Quite complex without being overwhelming 🥃 The finish is where it really shines for me. Long, warming, with this lingering sweetness that just... stays. Gets slightly dry towards the end but in a good way, like good leather and oak. Proper autumn evening dram this one 🍂

Ooh, nice one this. Right so, gettin some proper apricot vibes off the nose, bit of honey in there too 🍯 Palate wise its got that lovely caramel sweetness, touch of malt and maybe a hint of plum? Deffo gettin some toast notes aswell. Tiny bit of smoke creepin in at the back, not too much tho just enuff to keep things interestin. Finish is kinda woody with a damp earthy thing goin on, bit of cream maybe? Flinty mineral sorta quality too which I quite like. Overall its a proper good sipper tbh 👍 nice balance between fruity and smoky without bein too heavy. Would def have again on a rainy evening init

Oh crikey, this one’s got proper notes of smoky peat and... and ripe plums? A bit like sitting by a damp bonfire in autumn. Quite lovely, actually. There’s a hint of something spicy too, maybe cinnamon bark. And that finish! Lingers like a good memory. 👃🔥 Aye, could sip this all evening.
