Right, poured myself a dram after work 🥃. Smells proper sweet, like honey and apples 🍯🍎. First sip is smoooth, no harshness at all. Gets you warm inside, real cosy feeling 🔥. Taste of vanila and oak wood 🪵. Finish is gentle, bit of spice lingering. Makes you wanna relax by the fire. Lovely stuff, cheers mate 🍻.

Well, this one's got a real smokiness on the nose, like a bonfire in the distance. 🔥 Taste-wise, there's honey sweetness and a bit of cinnamon spice coming through. 🍯🌶️ The finish is warm and oaky, lingers nicely. Quite enjoyble for a quiet evening. 😌 Oh, and a hint of dried fruit maybe? Hard to tell, but it's pleasant. 👍

Nose: oh wow, real smoky and peaty, kinda like a campfire on a damp evening 🌫️ Palate: smooth honey and vanilla notes, with a touch of oak - makes me think of aged wood, real nice 👅 Finish: long and warming, that smoke lingers on the tounge for ages 🔥 ABV feels around 40%, maybe 6 years old?
