Ooft, right, so first sip? Hits ye with a bit of a fatty, buttery thing, very smooth. Then it opens up... kinda like a wee hint of smokiness, like from a old fireplace, but sweet? Definitely getting that butterscotch vibe, real rich. 🍯 A bit of a spicy kick at the back, there. Nice. 🌶️

Right, first sniff's proper smoky... like a bonfire night. 🏕️ Then a bit of vanilla and carmel come through. 🍯 Take a sip... ooof, there's a spicy kick! Not too much, just enought to wake you up. 🔥 Feels kinda thick in the mouth, rich. Hints of dried fruit, maybe? Raisins or summat. And a wee bit nutty. 🥜 Finish is long and warm. Really lovely. 🥃 A bit of oakiness lingers. Bloody hell, it's a good dram.

4#4

Right, so this one's got a proper cozy vibe. First sip, it’s like a hug in a glass, innit? 🍯 Big old hit of honey and butterscotch, all warm and rounded. Then it opens up a bit... get some lovely stewed apples and a hint of cinnamon? Like apple crumble from your nan's. There's a malty, biscuity backbone holding it all together. 🍪 Finish is smooth, maybe a whisper of oak and a touch of dark chocolate bitterness right at the end. Not too aggressive, just gently fades out. Properly drinkable. Would pair dead well with a square of good quality chocolate, I reckon. 👌 *Edit: meant 'stewed', not 'stured'. Typing too fast!* 😅
