Right, just had a wee dram of this. 🥃 Colour is lovely gold. Nose gives pear and honey straight away. Palate is warm, definatly a bit of spice. Cinnamon or nutmeg maybe. Finish lingers nicely, not too smoky for me. Proper comforting on a rainy evening. 🌧️ Makes you wanna sit by the fire. 🔥 Cheers! 🍻

On the palate it’s honeyed orchard fruits 🍏🍯, a tickle of baking spice, proper oaky backbone without bein' heavy. A touch of dark marmalade sneaks in late. Finish is warm, lingerin', like a campfire by the seaside 🌊🔥—brine and sweet embers dancin' together. Definately a crackin' dram for a chilly evening. Slàinte!
