Right then... that nose? Getting proper autumn bonfire vibes 🍂🔥 Like burnt sugar and wet leaves after rain. First sip's all warm honey and a cheeky bit of black pepper. 🍯✨ Finish goes on forever, honestly – turns a bit like dark chocolate and orange peel. Deeply satisfying. 😌

Alright so this one's got proper depth innit 👌 Nosing first - get big vanilla oak vibes, kinda like walking into a grandad's woodshed. Then wafts of dried fruit, maybe raisins or dates, with a subtle smoky edge like embers from a bonfire 🔥 Palate-wise it's lush and chewy, right? Rich toffee mixing with stewed apples, then this unexpected citrus zing cuts through - proper lemon zest kick. Hints of ginger and clove too, warming but not harsh. Finish lingers forever though 👀 that oaky tannic dryness clings to your cheeks, followed by a sweet malty aftertaste. Bit of an oily mouthfeel I reckon. Phwoar that's a proper winter warmer that is 🥃 *Edit - typo "oaky" missed the 'a' first time lol
