Miyagikyo 1991 19 Years Single Malt Whisky

Nose: Ah, that's lovely. Getting loads of honey and some spicy vanilla, almost like a Christmas cake in a glass. 🎄🍯 Palate: Oh wow, proper rich and smooth. First hit is sweet caramel and dark chocolate, then a wave of warm, gingery spice comes through. Maybe a touch of orange peel? Very moreish. 🍫🔥 Finish: Long and warming, with that smokiness coming back gently, like a distant bonfire. There's a nice dry, slightly fruity note at the very end... maybe stewed apples. Superb. Overall: Really comforting dram. Perfect for a chilly evening. The balance is just spot on. 👌
