Ooft, that first sniff… like walking into a warm kitchen where someone’s just stewed apples an’ pears wiv a crack of black pepper 🍎🍐✨ Sippin’ it, there’s this velvet hug of honey’d malt, then a gentle waft of bonfire smoke—not punchy, more like an old jumper that’s been near a campfire 🔥🧥 A wee bit of butter’d toffee creeps in, maybe a dark cherry note right at the back. The heat is there but it’s *so* well behaved, just wraps yer tongue like a comfort blanket. Finish sticks around just long enough—oak spice, a whisper of something herbal… dill maybe? 🌿 Bit of a tingle, then a slow, cosy fade. Honestly mate, drops yer shoulders after a long day. Could nose it for hours. Smoove, unshowy, just a proper hug in a glass. 🥃

Well, first sip, it's got this big smokey hit, like a proper bonfire 🔥. Then sweet honey notes come through, with a bit of spice and some fruity hints. Really warming on the palate, perfect for a rainy day. 😊 The finish is smooth with a woody touch, kinda reminds me of old books or leather. Love it! 👍

Just poured a glass. Lovely amber colour, that. Nose: immediate hit of smoky honey 🍯, then some vanilla custard notes. Quite inviting. Palate: wow. First there's a bright citrus zing, like orange peel, then it develops into rich malty warmth. Spicy! A bit of cinnamon and maybe nutmeg. Finish: long, warming, with a pleasant dry smokiness that lingers. Quite the complex dram. 🔥 A bit of water opens it up even more – brings out more of that sweet, fruity character. Very satisfying sip. Right, another sip then.

Catching some smoky vanilla on the nose, a hint of honey. Taste’s got a spcey kick, maybe cinnamon? Finish is warm, kinda nutty. 🥃 Nice one for a quiet nite.
