Right, so this dram... 🤔 First nosing, I’m gettin’ a proper waft of orchard fruits—think ripe pears and a bit o’ apple skin. There’s a drizzle of heather honey too, and just a whisper of vanilla custard hiding underneath. On the palate now, it’s surprisin’ly oily, coats the mouth lovely. That fruitiness turns dried—raisins, a touch of sultana, then a gentle wave of baking spice. Cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg, nothin’ shouty. Then that soft peat creeps in, like damp earth after drizzle, wi’ a tiny whiff of bonfire embers. Finish is long and warm, brings out a flake of dark chocolate and a wee leather note at the death. Keeps you comin’ back. 🥃 Sláinte!

Aye, this one's got a right peaty kick with some rich, tannic notes. Tastes like a cozy autumn day – hints of honey and a wee bit of spice. Smooth finish, really moreish. 🥃 Sometimes a bit grassy too, but all in all, a proper dram for a night in. 👍
