Highland Park 1996 21 Years Single Malt Whisky

Crackin’ dram this, dead cosy on the nose 🥃 Vanilla fudge, stewed apples, and a wee whisp of bonfire smoke. Palate’s got that chewy caramal, a bit of pepper, some dried pear. Finish just lingers—warm spice, a hint of citrus peel, proper lush. Might have a wee bit of nuttiness too 🌰, hard to pin down but makes ye want another sip. Proper evening pour this, no messin.

Right, so on the nose, I'm getting a proper waft of smoke and leather 🔥, with some honey sweetness underneath. The taste? Yeah, it's got that rich, caramelly thing, a bit of vanilla, maybe some dark fruit. Quite warming, that. Finish is long and slightly spicy. Very moreish.

Oh, this whisky's got a proper smoky vibe, with a touch of fruity sweetness. A bit of spice too, makes it right interesting. 👌 Quite smooth on the palate, innit? 😊
