Highland Park 1991 23 Years Single Malt Whisky

Alright, had a wee dram just now. 🥃 Sitting here watchin telly and poured one. Nose is proper peaty, like walking near a bog fire. 🔥 First sip... sweetish honey then boom, smoke hits yu. Bit of spice on the tongue too. Finish lingers long, warm chest. Quite nice for a rainy eveing. 🌧️ Cheers. 🍻

Got a wee dram here, nose is all honey’d orchard fruit 🍏🍯, maybe a touch of old leather. Palate’s got that malty biscuit thing goin on, then a tiny whisp of peat smoke right at the end. Finish lingers warm, spiced oak and just a hint of salted caramel. Defo one for a dreich evening. 👍🥃
