Right, just had a wee dram of this. 🥃 Nose is lovely, hints of honey and maybe some pear? 🍐 Goes down smooth, no bite at all. Warms you up inside, like a cosy blanket. 🧥 Finish is gentle, lingers a bit with some spice. Definitly one for a quiet evening in. 🌙 Proper nice stuff. 👍

Right, just poured myself a glass. 🥃 Smells like... old library books and smoke? Proper peaty. There's a hint of somthing sweet underneath, like dried fruit maybe. Taste is warm, goes down smooth but with a bit of bite. 🔥 Oaky, definetly some spice kicking in at the back. Makes you feel cosy inside. Finish lasts ages. Salty touch? Reminds me of walkin by the coast. Not bad for a quiet evening innit. 😌

# Tasting Notes 🥃 Right then, had a proper wee dram tonight and here's what I'm getting... **Nose:** 🍯 Honey and vanilla straight away, bit of oak in there too. Getting some caramel and... is that pear? Maybe a touch of 🍎 apple as well. **Palate:** Oh that's lovely. Rich and smooth, some dried fruits coming through. A bit of ginger spice 🌶️ and defo some chocolate notes. Heather and a wee bit of peat smoke lingering about. **Finish:** Medium length, malty sweetness with a hint of 🍊 orange peel. Some toffee at the end there. Overall quite warming 🔥 and well-balanced. Soft enough to sip neat but got enough character to keep things interesting. A proper winter warmer this one, nice with a drop of water to open it up a bit 💧 Would deffo have another glass, maybe two 😄

Ahh this one's got a lovely balance, innit? 🥃 First thing I get is honey n' apples, like a proper autumn crumble. Then comes this gentle smokiness - not overpowering, just a wee hint o' fireplace on a cold night. Texture's smooth as, right? Goes down proper easy. Tastes a bit like vanilla custard with a sprinkle o' cinnamon, maybe some orange peel too. Finish is long n' warm, leaves this cozy feelin' in ya chest. Got that classic oakiness comin' through at the end, nice n' dry. Honestly could drink this all evening, perfect for sippin' by the fire. 🔥 Wait - just noticed some subtle notes o' dark chocolate an' raisins comin' through as it opens up. 🍫 Real complex stuff this.
