First sip? Kinda smoky 🔥 but then this sweet honey thing hits ya. Gets all cozy in your mouth. A bit of apple, maybe? 🍎 Aftertaste is long, like… woody, with a sneaky bit of black pepper. Not harsh though. Just warm. 👍 S’nice for a rainy afternoon.

Nosing this one... def gettin' some proper malty, sherry cask vibes, like Christmas pudding left in the pantry. A bit of dried fruit n' a touch of spicy wood. 🤔 On the palate... wow, rich. Dark chocolate, maybe a bit of orange peel? Coats the mouth nicely, a real warming hug. Finishes long, with a whisper of smoke... or is that just the fireplace? 😅 Lush.

Nose: proper autumn vibes - baked apple 🍎 & a bit of that spicy cinnamon. Smells like a cozy fireplace. Palate: lovely! Rich honey & butterscotch upfront, then comes this gentle smoke 🌫️ and some dried fruit notes. Quite warming, innit? Finish: medium length. Leans a bit peppery, with a whisper of oak & dark chocolate. After a while, get some citrus peel – that bit of marmaladey orange. Quite moreish, this one. 👍 Aight, pour me another, would ya?
