Right, had a wee dram tonight 🥃. Proper nice colur, like amber gold. Smells warm... dried fruit maybe? Or just cozy vibes 🍇. Goes down smooth, warms the chest straight away 🔥. Not too smoky, just enough to keep it intresting. Feel like sitting by the fire with this one. Finish is long, little bit of oak lingering. Realy takes the edge off a long day. Simple but effective. On the palate it's got this gorgeous honey sweetness, bit of vanilla and some dried fruit going on. Maybe a touch of cinnamon? Very smooth going down, not harsh at all which is nice 👌 The finish is where it really shines though - warming, lingering, kinda spicy with some oak coming through. Gets better as it opens up in the glass honestly. Pretty well balanced overall, could drink this all evening. Goes down a treat with a splash of water too 💧 Top dram that. Would absolutely have again 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
