Caol Ila 2007 13 Years Single Malt Whisky

Right then, finally cracked open this bottle 🥃. Smell is absolutely bonkers – heaps of peat smoke mixed with sweet honey 🍯. Palate hits you smoothly with vanilla and a whisper of spice. Not overdoing it, which is what I reckon. The finish stays on yer tongue a good while… definately leaving a warmth behind. Great stuff honestly 💯. Would snag another one if I see it. Cheers!

Aright, proppa sippin' this one. First thing, gets right up yer nose – like a bonfire in the autumn woods, yeah? 💨 Palate's got a lovely, chewy warmth. Bit of dark fruit, like cherries left in the sun, with a dustin' of that good cinnamon spice. 🍒🔥 Finishes long and smoky, proper campfire vibes. Ends all warm and glowy in the chest. Very moreish, innit. 🥃✨

On the tongue, it's smooth as a pebble – a bit of vanilla cream and some dark choco, innit? Finish is long, warming, with a whisper of smoke fading into cosy wood. 👍 Could sip this all night.
