Tasting Notes & Reviews

Expert analysis and tasting impressions

1#1

Right then, poured a bit of this earlier 🥃. Smells proper nice, hint of vanila and honey 🍯. Taste is warm, slides down easy without burn 🔥. Get some oak and maybe a bit of spice on the tongue. Finish lasts quite a while, very relaxin. Ideal for a quiet evening at home. Definately one I'd have again. Cheers! 🍻

Proper lovely dram this one. 🥃 Nose is sweet, like runny honey and just a whisper of smoke 🔥. Goes down smooth, warms the chest nicely. Got a hint of oak too, maybe some dried fruit? Really enjoyble evening drink. Definetly one for the cosy nights. Cheers! 🍻

3#3

Yeah, this whisky's got a lovely smoky nose with a hint of vanilla and heather 🥃 On the palate, it's quite smooth, fruity and a bit spicy. Finish is long and warming, like a cozy night in 😍 Just a shame the bottle's almost empty now lol.

4#4

Blimey, this whisky's got a real smooth aged taste, with hints of smoke and a bit of fruity sweetness. Quite nice on the palate! 🥃 Sometimes a little spice comes through, makes it proper enjoyable. 😊 Smoove finish, innit? Really fink it's a good one.

5#5

First sip, gotta say, quite earthy innit? Like damp soil after rain. Then some smoky notes hit ya, maybe a hint of honey? 🐝 And a bit of spice at the end, really warms ya up on a cold day. Don't mind it at all! 👌 A wee bit of vanilla maybe? Hard to tell, but it's got character, that's for sure. 🥃
