Expert analysis and tasting impressions

Right then, had a dram just now 🥃. Nose is warm, like honey and dried fruit 🍯. Reminds me of walking through woods in autumn 🍂. Taste is smooth, bit of spice on the tongue. Not harsh at all, goes down easy. Got that smoky sweetness lingering about. Finish is long, proper comforting 🔥. Makes you wanna sit by the fire and forget the day. Definitly a good one for quiet evenings 🕯️. Smooth as anything. Rich avour throughout.

Ahh, proper dram this. 🥃 First sniff – a big whack of zesty orange peel, like marmalade on toast. Then underneath, a lovely malty sweetness comes through, a bit like warm honey. Def get a waft of gentle smoke, like a distant bonfire. Takes a sip and, blimey, there’s a lovely creamy vanilla note, almost like custard. The citrus comes back, maybe lemon curd now. A lovely warmth spreads, with a hint of spicy cinnamon or nutmeg right at the end. The finish is long and warming, with that smokiness lingering, but it’s soft, not harsh. A bit of dark chocolate bitterness there too. Proper winter warmer, this. 😊

Mmm, this one's got that dark honey vibe 🍯, maybe a bit of orange peel and toasted oak? Looads of warm spice, like cinnamon and clove, but it's smoothi on the finish. I get a bit of dried fruit too... figgy? Yeah, figgy. The aftertaste is all burnt sugar and a wee bit of smoke 🔥. Proper autumn dram, this.

Nose hits with a proper peat smoke 🥃, like a bonfire on the beach. There’s a wee bit of orange peel and some toffee sweetness in there too. First sip is warm, not harsh. Get that smoky thing again, but now with some dark chocolate and a hint of damp earth. Sort of like a rainy forest walk, in a good way. Finish lingers. A bit of spice, maybe cinnamon, and it leaves a lovely, dry feeling. Really moreish. 👍 Cheers!
