Highland Park 1981 25 Years Single Malt Whisky

Gosh, this whisky's got a real smoky punch at first, like a bonfire on a crisp night. Then it mellows out with some lovely honey and maybe a bit of apple. The finish is all woody and rich, feels like autumn in a glass. 😋 Oh, and there's a subtle peppery kick that sneaks up on ya. Quite warming!

Oh wow, this one’s interesting! 👃 Nose? Gettin' some honey and a bit of smoke, like a distant bonfire. 🍯 Palate-wise... it’s quite smooth, not too fiery. I’d say sweet, like ripe apples, maybe a touch of vanilla. 🍎 Finish is medium, leavin’ a nice warmth with a hint of spice. Def one for a quiet evenin’. 🥃
