Proper good drop this, innit? Nose: Getting lovely vanilla, a bit of honey... maybe some oak? Ah, and that warm spicy note like cinnamon. 🔥 Palate: Caramel hits first, then... ye, some apple or pear? A touch of toffee too. Feels nice and smooth. Finish: Long, warm, with a bit of pepper. Leaves you wanting another sip. 🥃 Slight char on the back end, but in a good way.
