说实话，第一鼻子有点害羞，得耐心等它打开。✨ 慢慢透出金色蜂蜜、干草，还有像陈皮蛋糕那种甜香。橡木带来的香料感很温柔，混着一点甘草和坚果糖的味道。 口感上挺吸引人，不算厚重，但回味中等偏长。微微有丝柑橘果酱和杏仁糖的感觉，最后是些烤麦片和淡淡雪莉酒的印记。整体很均衡，比之前喝过的批次要更讨喜些。😊

Bit shy on the nose at first, but it opens up with hay, light honey and a wee bit of orange cake. There’s a leafy green tea thing going on, plus oatcakes and a faint raw potato note, which sounds odd but isn’t too distracting. On the sip it’s quite subtle, golden and tidy, with gentle sherry touches, oak spice and a bit of liquorice. Could do with a bit more oomph for my mood, especially at £150+, but it leaves a medium-long, warming finish 🙂
