오늘 저녁에 위스키 한 잔 마셨는데, 첫 느낌이 chalk 같이 건조하면서도 fast and quick 하게 지나갔어요. raisiny 한 향이 살짝 나고, lamp oil 같은 기름진 맛도 있었지만 전체적으로 extremely good 했어요. beeswax 와 grist 같은 맛이 나서 빵 반죽 생각이 났고, just a tad sweet for me 라는 생각이 들었어요. 아, maybe that didn't quite work 라는 부분도 있었지만... 🥃 white wine 같은 상큼함과 apples, no-fuss green apples 같은 청사과 맛이 잘 어울렸어요. honey 같은 달콤함과 seawater, olive brine 같은 짠맛이 조화롭게, good smoke 도 나고 more oomph 도 있었어요. rather in the style of the official 10 같은 클래식한 느낌? sweetish 하면서 dough 같은 맛이 나고, rather long and smoky 한回味가 오래 남네요. Naked chalk 같은 순수한 느낌에 Something mysterious here, pepper 같은 향신료 힌트가 있어요. 😊
