The Knockdhu Small Batch 2006 10 años Single Malt Whisky

The Knockdhu distillery, now operating under the name AnCnoc, produces a distinguished core range of single malt whiskies aged 12, 18, 24, and 35 years. In recent years, the distillery has cultivated an extensive portfolio of over ten peated expressions, with Peatheart (launched in 2017 at 40ppm phenol content) now established as a permanent addition to the lineup. Adhering to industry standards, AnCnoc transparently displays peat phenol levels (PPM) on packaging, measured at the malt stage. The distillery maintains an annual vintage release program, introducing the 2002 vintage in Spring 2017 to succeed the 2000 vintage. Commemorating its 125th anniversary in Spring 2019, AnCnoc launched two notable limited editions: a 16-year-old cask strength and a peated expression finished in Spanish sherry casks. The travel retail channel features exclusive releases including Black Hill Reserve and The Peated Barrow (13.5 ppm, bourbon cask matured), both introduced in 2015, followed by Rùdhan in Autumn 2016.
