Our botanical repertoire is a masterclass in aromatic complexity: vibrant top notes of florid Italian lemon peel and the rich, aromatic zest of Japanese yuzu; a woody, resinous mid-palate derived from indigenous Hinoki cypress; and a distinctive maritime minerality extracted from meticulously sourced oyster shells—a tribute to Hiroshima's legendary Seto Inland Sea aquaculture.
