Old Ezra 7 años Bourbon Whiskey

Ezra Brooks is an authentic American Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey brand established in 1957 in the heart of Kentucky. For over six decades, it has built a reputation for producing premium-quality bourbon with exceptional value. In 2018, the brand's operations were relocated to Bardstown, Kentucky—globally recognized as the 'Bourbon Capital of the World'—under the stewardship of Lux Row Distillers (now part of MGP Ingredients). The modern distillery facility encompasses 1,672.3 square meters and features six traditional barrel warehouses (rickhouses), providing substantial aging capacity for thousands of charred new American oak barrels. Ezra Brooks employs time-honored production methods including the sour mash process, a distinctive high-rye mash bill, and pure limestone-filtered water from Kentucky's natural aquifers. This creates a bold, spicy flavor profile characterized by rich notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and peppery rye spice. The portfolio includes the classic Ezra Brooks 80 Proof, the robust Ezra Brooks 99 (bottled at 49.5% ABV for enhanced intensity), and the acclaimed Old Ezra 7-Year Barrel Strength, a cask-strength expression aged for seven years. All expressions are non-chill filtered and aged in #1 char barrels, ensuring authentic bourbon character.
