The company name evokes both the guiding star of the northern hemisphere and the boundless possibilities of the whisky universe. Their debut expression, Vega—a blended malt—established their reputation for sourcing exceptional casks and crafting unique releases. As an independent bottler, North Star specializes in single cask and small batch bottlings, championing transparency with detailed cask provenance, natural color, and non-chill filtration across all releases.
