Kirkland Signature 6 años Whisky Blended

Kirkland Signature is Costco's premium private label brand, named after Kirkland, Washington, where Costco's corporate headquarters were located from 1987 to 1996. While the brand spans a vast range of products from apparel and electronics to groceries and health supplements, its spirits portfolio has garnered exceptional acclaim among enthusiasts and casual consumers alike. Kirkland's whiskey offerings represent outstanding value, sourcing high-quality spirits from renowned distilleries and offering them at remarkably competitive price points. The lineup includes: **Scotch Whisky** - a range of expressions including blended Scotch (rumored to be sourced through Alexander Murray & Co., potentially containing whiskies from distinguished Speyside distilleries like Macallan and Glenrothes), and age-stated single malts (12, 18, 20, and 23 years); **Bourbon** - typically sourced from Tennessee (often associated with Cascade Hollow Distilling Co./George Dickel), offering rich, smooth profiles in 1L bottles; **Canadian Whisky** - blended Canadian whisky; and **Irish Whiskey** - premium Irish expressions. The brand's whiskies are celebrated in the whiskey community for delivering exceptional quality-to-price ratio, often compared to spirits costing 2-3 times more. Packaged in distinctive Kirkland Signature bottles, these whiskies are exclusively available at Costco warehouses, contributing to their cult following. The brand's transparency about sourcing and commitment to quality has made it a gateway for consumers exploring premium whiskey categories without the premium price tag.
