¡Salud! Algo whacko este whisky. 🥃 Primer aroma a pear peelings y waxy walnuts, con un toque plasticine que me sorprende. Luego viene un sabor brutal, como Old Fettercairn's peppery mustards, muy dry como bone-dry Breton cider o muscadet. Notas lily flowers y grassy, con un fondo fermentary. 🌾 Me hace pensar en beers y white wine, con sweet fruits y barley syrup al fondo. El final es long, con pears in the aftertaste y algo hot como very dry sherry. ¡Qué locura! Un poco prickly pears y sourdough en el wash. ¡Whacko total!
