Darkland 8 años Single Malt Whisky

Darkness Whisky is a pioneering independent bottler that originated as an exclusive label for Master of Malt, the renowned UK online spirits retailer with over three decades of heritage. Specializing in experimental sherry cask maturation, particularly utilizing octave casks for intensified flavor development, the brand focuses on single cask and small batch releases. Originally operating under Atom Brands, the boutique spirits division known for innovative brands like That Boutique-y Whisky Company, Darkness Whisky was acquired by AB InBev in 2022, marking the beverage giant's strategic expansion into premium spirits. The brand is celebrated for its bold approach to cask finishing, often employing rare sherry cask types like Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso to create rich, complex flavor profiles that push traditional whisky boundaries.
