Hmm, this dram is proper complex 👃 First hit is all honey and vanilla, then… oh, cherries? Like a rich fruitcake. Sip it and it’s smooth, wow. But then whoa – there’s a smoky thing creeping in. Not a bonfire, more like… warm embers in the grate. Salty too, like seaside air. Finish is long and warming. A bit of nutty stuff. ABV? Feels around 46% – not a knockout punch. NAS I reckon, but who cares when it’s this good. Non Chill Filtered for sure, got that nice oiliness. Just sipping this by the fire. Perfect. 🥃
