Feels like walking into a bakery at 5:30am, all warm breads, semolina, pumpernickel and sweeter porridge in the air. There’s a nice citrusy lift too, like candied grapefruit with a pinch of salt, a bit of citron, even some Austrian Riesling vibes. Bit of banana skin and muesli later on. Goes on quite long, warm and bready, though maybe a wee tad too spicy and oaky near the end. Still, pretty cosy stuff 😊
