Just had this one neat and it's a proper winter warmer. First thing I got was a massive hit of cinnamon—like fifty cinnamon rolls worth—and then gingerbread, almost like mulled red wine simmering away. It's got this lovely garnet red hue in the glass. The taste is all peppered strawberry cake and Sachertorte, really rich and pastry-like with tons of buttercream. There's a little maltiness coming through, but it's mostly sweet spices. It’s a hyper-hybrid drink for sure, a bit like carrot cake and sweet stout had a baby. The finish is rather long, with hints of rosehip tea. Don't think it needs water, it’s pretty joyful as is. 🍰🍓

Oh this is proper festive stuff. The cinnamon hits you first, like walking into a bakery at Christmas. Then there's this rich gingerbread and strawberry jam thing going on, sort of like a fancy Sachertorte with extra spice. Goes down so easily, feels quite warming and joyful. Hints of mulled wine and that lovely carrot cake spice, really makes you think of Christmas morning. 🎄 The strawberry notes keep it fruity and fresh though, not too heavy at all. A really pleasant dram for a chilly evening.

嘿，刚抿了一口这杯，感觉直接掉进了圣诞市集 🎄 那股肉桂和姜饼的香气太冲了，简直像在喝液体版的肉桂卷，还淋了超多的肉桂糖霜。 接着涌上来好多草莓味儿——不是新鲜草莓，更像是草莓果酱、还带点甜蛋糕的感觉，甚至有点像加了香料的热红酒？ 中间隐约有点李子的酸甜，和麦芽的淡淡甜味混在一起，整体挺顺的，完全不需要加水。 收尾蛮长，留着点辛香和奶油糕点的余韵。喝这个真的像在啃一整块萨赫蛋糕配上香料热饮，是个挺有趣的混合体，喝着莫名觉得开心 🍰✨

Proper festive dram this 🎄 Feels like mulled red wine, strawberry jam and warm cinnamon rolls all mashed together. Loads of sweet pastry, gingerbread and a bit of rosehip tea thing going on. Quite rich, a little boozy, but in a cosy way. Long, sweet finish — honestly water feels unneeded. Lovley winter sipper.

Quite cosy, really — a bit of honey, soft fruit and gentle spice. There’s a wee smoky warmth too, not too heavy. Feels easy-going, slightly oaky, with a nice dry finish 😊
