这酒色挺淡的，淡金色，看着挺清爽。 闻着有点意思，先是柠檬皮那种清新的酸，接着飘出点若有若无的灰烬和煤炉味，不是那种扑面而来的烟熏，更像冬天远远闻到邻居家生火的味道。哦，还有点胡椒的辛香。 抿一口，感觉它挺有劲儿，但不算很厚重。海盐的咸鲜和泥煤的烟熏搭在一起，确实有种海边的感觉，不是阳光沙滩，更像是冷冽的北海岸，石头和海风的味道。烟熏味是克制的，没盖过别的。 后半段有点惊喜，居然能尝到一丝荔枝的甜，和开头的柠檬酸调呼应着，变得很活泼，超级够劲儿。结尾很长，胡椒的辛辣和海盐的咸留得很久，一点点烟熏收尾。 它不算那种特别华丽、给你一堆香草太妃糖的酒，但该有的风味它做得非常扎实，每一下都打在点上。喝着感觉挺扎实的，powerful but focused。有点想配块黑巧克力。🍫

刚倒了一杯，颜色是那种很舒服的full gold。闻起来没有那种很冲的感觉，不是那种一下击中你的Talisker，反而比较relatively gentle。 喝一口，首先尝到的是清晰的lemony peatiness，就像……柠檬树蜂蜜里混了一点点金桔，还撒了点黑胡椒。嗯，确实是peppered lemon tree honey mixed with kumquats的感觉。 中段变得更sharper一些，更lemoney了，有点像柠檬皮在舌尖擦过。尾韵带上来一点点peppery的暖意，小小的，但存在感很明显。 整体来说很directly enjoyable，不需要想太多，随便喝喝就很好。收尾最后那一点little pepper的余味挺讨喜的，让人想再喝下一口。😌

Right, givin this a nose 👃… stewed apples, maybe a whiff of leather? Proper cosy. Sip it slow—oof, that's a bit of a treacle-y dark fruit hit, then a wee burst of pepper 🌶️. Touch of choclit and some oily orange peel 🍊 on the end. Finish is warm, like sittin by a fire 🔥. Cracking dram, innit. 🥃

Warm and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness, soft oak, and a wee fruity lift 🍯 Feels cosy rather than showy — gentle spice at the end, quite easy to sip.

On the nose, I get some smoke and a bit of fruity notes 🍊, maybe a hint of vanilla. The palate's quite smooth with caramel and spice, like a warm hug in a glass 🤗. Finish is long, with oak and a touch of peat 🌿. Overall, rather pleasant for a wee dram. 👍 Oh, and there's a slight floral thing going on, luvly! 🌸
