This dram kicks off with a proper old PX sweetness, like prune juice dancing with walnut wine. Then it gets all smoky and herbal, proper Ardbeg vibes, but there’s this funny hint of furniture polish and menthol that makes you go ‘what’s that?’ The pine liqueur and Demerara add a sweet kick, while caraway and liquorice sneak in like a secret. It’s a crazy concoction that’s not a very good swimmer but somehow works. Love this stuff, proper full-on, very long finish with tar and that cask strength nocino punch. Clap clap clap to whoever thought this up – definitely lovable chaos in a glass.

Wow, this one's a right wild ride 😄 First thing I get is this thick, smoky thing — very much like a proper Islay dram, if you know what I mean. There's a sweetness lurking underneath, like dark Demerara sugar and that sticky PX sherry vibe. Proper interesting combo. Then things get a bit wacko — there's this herbal, almost Jägermeister-ish note popping up alongside juniper and caraway. Like someone threw some gin botanicals in there for a laugh 🤷 The middle is where it gets really intriguing though. Old bourbon oak, a touch of coffee, and this walnut wine thing that just... works somehow? It's a crazy concoction but honestly love this kind of experimentation. Got this menthol-cool finish mixed with pipe tobacco and it just lingers forever — very long, like it's not a very good swimmer and just refuses to leave the pool 😂 Bit of a wood polish character comes through at the end too. Rectifier off, this is genuinely well made stuff. Really fun to drink on a random Tuesday night.

Got a dram that’s a proper crazy concoction, love this. First sip hits with old bourbon warmth, then a splash of PX sweetness and a chew of liquorice. There’s a cheeky tar note that rings of pipe tobacco after a night out, and a faint juniper bite like a gin fizz. The cask strength nocino makes it feel very long on the tongue, but it’s well made and oddly fun. A whisper of pine liqueur and a hint of coffee pop up, then a clap clap clap of smokey finish. Not authentic in the classic sense, but it’s lovable and intriguing. 😄

这杯酒喝起来真有点意思，先是扑面而来的焦油和烟熏味，混合着老波本酒的那种醇厚感。接着出来草药和杜松子的香气，让我想起类似那种深色草药酒，但又不完全一样，有点好玩。 中段有咖啡和甘草的味道，加上点薄荷清凉，好像在喝某种坚果利口酒似的。尾调很长，带着烟草和李子汁的甜润，整体感觉挺扎实的，虽然有些部分像是在玩混搭，不太正统，但我居然还挺喜欢这种 crazy concoction 🤔 嗯，有点幽默，又有点迷人，就像在喝一杯 well made 的怪味鸡尾酒。☕️
