First sip hits like straight ristretto – bold and bitter, but then it opens up to walnut wine and molasses sweetness. Got this awesomely vegetal and meaty vibe, kinda like beef jerky with cracked pepper. Aroma’s got pipe tobacco and old triple-sec citrus notes. Feels like it’s been in the cellar for twenty extra years, you know? 🍂 The finish is long – dry coffee, vegetal tar, and very old dry rancio. Hints of black raisins gone completely dry and raw cocoa. Truffles in the aftertaste, along with dry gravy and mushrooms. A bit of marmalade and smoked ham, with that old copper kettle feel. Really extractive, like water from Campbeltown quality. Dark 12s energy, but more intense. Beef broths linger too. Complex stuff!

Warm and cosy dram 🥃 I get soft vanilla, a bit of honey, toasted oak and some gentle spice. There’s a wee fruity sweetness too, like apple or dried orange. Feels smooth enough, with a dry, warming finish. Nice one for a quiet evening, not too fussy.

Been trying this one – it's got a lovely smoky aroma with hints of honey and vanilla. Quite smooth on the tongue, maybe a bit of spice at the end. Really nice! 🥃🍯😊 Sometimes I get a whiff of caramel too. Love how it lingers.

Ooh, this one's got a right smoky nose, like a campfire on Islay. 🥃 Peaty and earthy, wi' a hint of sweet honey underneath. Tastes a bit spicy too, warming ye up nicely. Can almost smell the oak barrels, ya know? 😊 Proper dram for a chilly evening. 👍

Well, that dram's proper smashing! 🥃 It's got this rich, warming feel, like a hug from inside. Tastes a bit of dark choclate and a hint of orange peel, with some smoky notes that linger nicely. Really smooth, init? Makes me wanna savour every sip. 😊 Not too harsh, just pleasant all round. Reminds me of evenings by the fire, y'know?
