Spirit of Hven is a Swedish craft distillery founded in 2008, located on the island of Hven (Ven) in the Øresund strait between Denmark and Sweden. As Sweden's smallest pot still distillery, it operates as an organic farm-to-bottle producer, emphasizing complete control over the entire production process. The distillery grows its own organic grain on the island's rich agricultural land, malts on-site, and uses pure local water, creating a true expression of terroir.
